DATES OF THE FAIR
From Thursday 30 September to Sunday 3 October 2021.
OPENING HOURS OF THE FAIR
The opening hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Exhibitors can access the venue 30 minutes before opening time and can remain until 30 minutes after closing time.
ASSEMBLY
From Monday 27 to Wednesday 29 September, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Access via Av. Alacant and Av. Victoriano Muñoz (see map below).
For special access needs, call +34-617-36-92-56 from 24 September.
DISASSEMBLY
October 3, from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. October 4 to 6, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Big Grup is the exclusive company authorised to market services on behalf of Fira de Lleida. The services are invoiced by Fira de Lleida.
CONSTRUCTION OF DESIGN STANDS
The companies that assemble design stands for exhibitors can start the assembly on September 24. These companies must deliver to Fira de Lleida the documentation that proves that the personnel who work in the fair is registered in the Social Security. Also, these companies must have paid the service fee to the assemblers (see Application for Participation) before the start of work. Contact: [email protected].
We ask the exhibiting companies to transmit this information to their assemblers.
EXHIBITORS‘ PARKING
Access by Av. Tarradellas and Camí de Picos. See the map above. The parking cards will be distributed as of September 27 in the office of Pavilion 4.
OFFICE OF ATTENTION TO EXHIBITORS
In this office we centralize all the services that we offer to the exhibitors. This space is located in Pavilion 4 and will offer the following services:
- Accreditations / badges
- Stand assembly and decoration service
- Photocopy service
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
It is located in Pavilion 4.
WI-FI
Each exhibitor will have a Wi-Fi access, which will be delivered from September 27 in the office of Pavilion 4.
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
In order to give out the exposed material, it is necessary the exit form, sealed and signed by the Administration Department, and be aware of the payment of all services contracted.
DECORATION OF MODULES
Any damage will be repaired and Fira de Lleida reserves the right to charge its amount to the exhibitor.
FIRST AID SERVICE
We have a permanent first aid service during the days and hours of celebration of the fair located in Pavilion 4.
EXHIBITOR’S CLUB “CAIXABANK”
On the first floor of the Pavilion 1. A space reserved for exhibitors to be able to deal more placidly with commercial transactions.
